A large initiative has started of compben mgrs., experts in Hay Points (inside and outside Hay) to collect all possible information on Hay job evaluation, scalary scales, manuals, other help material etc.

The goals are:
a) learning through mutual 'sparring'
b) lowering overall costs by sharing eachothers' reports
c) reduction of straight costs to HayGroup.
